ABOUT:

Dr. Del loves being an orthodontist – the perfect balance of art, science and fun!

With over ten years of private orthodontic practice experience in the Boston and Twin Cities areas, Dr. Del is excited to be a part of the team at Minnesota Orthodontics. She is a native of Northeast Minneapolis. After graduating from Minnehaha Academy, she moved out East to attend Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and was a member of the varsity women’s basketball team, achieving All-Ivy honors. She earned both her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) and Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts where she graduated at the top of her dental school class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors society. During her orthodontic training, she was awarded the Suzanne Rothenberg-Furman Scholarship for most outstanding female resident.

Committed to continuing education and maintaining numerous association memberships, Dr. Del strives to stay current in technique and provide the best possible care to all of her patients. During her orthodontic training program, she conducted research on both orthognathic surgery and aesthetic considerations in orthodontic treatment planning.

Dr. Del is married to Matt, a practicing endodontist in the Twin Cities area. They have two children that keep them very busy with all of their activities! Dr. Del also is mom to two furry felines, Chips and Luna. Outside of the office, Dr. Del enjoys cooking and watching sports, especially football and tennis.
