Meet Dr. Amelia Volkert

About Dr. Volkert

Dr. Amelia Volkert grew up just outside Rosemount, Minnesota on her family farm with her mom and sister. She graduated from Rosemount High School, then went on to St. Olaf College where she earned a B.A. in Chemistry. She then went to Dakota County Technical College to earn a degree in Dental Assisting. She was a clinical dental assistant at Minnesota Orthodontics, before going on to dental school at the University of Detroit Mercy Dental School. She then attended the University of Minnesota for residency where she earned a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry degree. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include competitive powerlifting, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

Dr. Volkert loves being part of the amazing team at Minnesota Orthodontics and working with patients to give them a smile they love.
