meet Dr. Delia Dall’Arancio

Dr. Delia Dall’Arancio (Dr. D for short), orthodontics is as much an art as it is a science. A native of Italy, she has always been deeply influenced by art and culture. In Italy, aesthetics are woven into daily life, where beauty and design are of the utmost importance.
About Dr. D
Dr. D has been practicing orthodontics for nearly 30 years. She began her career in Italy, working at the University of Bologna’s Dental School before moving to Minnesota. She completed her orthodontic specialty training and earned a Master of Science degree at the University of Minnesota.
To this day, Dr. D remains committed to continuous learning, constantly expanding her expertise and enhancing the care provided within Minnesota Orthodontics.
Dr. D is married to Dr. James Fricton, a TMJ and orofacial pain specialist and Professor Emeritus at the University of Minnesota. Together, they have two children, Regina, a future OBGYN currently studying medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, and Vincent, a future orthodontist who studied at Midwestern University in Chicago and will continue his education at NYU in New York City, following in Dr. D’s footsteps.
In her free time, Dr. D enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, practicing yoga, and staying active. She values spending time with family and friends and is actively involved in community service initiatives. She also enjoys supporting local children’s sports teams throughout the Twin Cities
