Meet the Doctors

For Dr. Dall’Arancio, “Dr. D” for short, orthodontics is an art as much as it is a science. A native of Italy, she learned quickly that art and culture are a large part of daily life: it’s a land where aesthetics are woven into the life of all Italian women, and a place where art and beauty rule above all.

As an orthodontist, Dr. D considers herself an artist, working with hundreds of patients each year. Aesthetics reflects her passion and her love in creating a beautiful smile — a smile that, most of all, brings out the natural beauty in our patients’ faces. This brings improved confidence, self-esteem, and articulation, and prevents periodontal and jaw problems as well.

She listens carefully to the needs and desires of each patient. Then, her canvas is the human mouth. Dr. D is proud of the artistry that she gets to create in smiles every day. She likes to tell all her patients at the end of treatment, “Now that you have a beautiful smile, use it a lot and it will bring many more smiles back to you!”

Dr. D has been practicing orthodontics for nearly 30 years, first in Italy for several years at the University of Bologna’s dental school. Then she attended the University of Minnesota, where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. To this day, she continues to learn and broaden our practice, her training, and her experience each year.

She is also involved in various community service initiatives, including donating her orthodontic skills and time to raise money for different cancer societies, local community centers, and schools. For Dr. Stenberg, orthodontics is more than a job; it's a lifestyle. A native of South Minneapolis, she is the daughter of a general dentist; this has lead her to cultivate a life of great appreciation and love for dentistry and orthodontic care. Since 1986, she has enjoyed crafting the smiles of her patients to match their aspirations for a new cosmetic dental image. She understands what a great smile and healthy teeth can do for your quality of life, and she loves being a part of improving her patients' lives through outstanding orthodontic care.

She attended the University of Minnesota where she received her dental degree. She went on to receive her certificate in orthodontics, and a masters degree in orthodontics. She keeps busy, and stays up-to-date on new and global developments that the orthodontic field has to offer through teaching and mentoring her colleagues. In private practice she has collaborated with Minnesota Orthodontics for more than 20 years.
